A big thank-you to all our visitors over the past 28 years who have enjoyed the tours and cheese tasting. And, thanks also to all my cheesemaking/tour guides over the years who have explained the delights and mystery of milk becoming cheese. We are still here but Monkland Cheesemakers LTD take over production July 31st 2023.
