Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives without damage or deterioration, in the event the goods have been damaged, or are not as ordered, please contact us by telephone within 24 hours of delivery. In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace any goods that are damaged or are defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. The Company reserves the right to request the return of the goods (complete with the original packaging) for inspection before issuing the Customer with any credit or replacement. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights, or any rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. Open Help Center.
