Monkland with Garlic and Chives
The garlic Monkland is a drained curd cheese like the plain Monkland. We experimented with flavours for many years and of all the variations we played with this was the most popular. Not necessarily for the purists. Unashamedly garlicky and at its best a lovely crumbly texture and nice acidic bite.
