Cashel Blue.. Handmade in County Tipperary. Lovely, soft textured, creamy, blue. Full flavoured but not strong. Softens and ripens with age but generally 2-4 months. We have been selling it since the late 1980s and still love it.
Colston Basset Shropshire Blue. Made in Nottinghamshire!! A vibrant orange curd with delicate blue veins it has similarities to Stilton. Crumbly texture and creamy blue flavour. The thirty plus years we have been selling Shropshire Blue is testament to its lasting appeal.
Perl Las. Made by Caws Cenarth in Camarthenshire. Delicately salty and creamy. The flavour increases with maturity. A newer cheese on the block than the previous two but a great seller, consistently delicious.
Cherry fruit for cheese. 113g .Try it with your blue cheese selection ,but, no need to be exclusive, try it with all cheese.
