Postage and Packing

Because we are dealing with a food product orders are sent with a next day courier  and unfortunately this does make carriage price a bit more expensive than we would like. We are not trying to make any profit out of the post and packing I can asure you.

Up to 5K £8.80



Please note that we will need more than 24hrs notice before despatch to you and that delivery days are Tuesday to Friday. Saturday delivery is unfortunately too expensive but can be arranged if you wish- just give us a call.

We use a "next day" service with and generally this works but things can go awry - weather conditions, breakdowns, wrong sort of snow! So, to avoid unnecessary stress it is best to allow a little bit of slack as far as timeing is concerned.

However, if you have an exceptional cicumstance do feel free to give us a call and we will do our best to arrange things for you.


Successful Delivery

To make sure that you recieve your package quickly please ensure that your address is full and accurate. If,like us here at the dairy, your postcode leads couriers astray, please put extra instructions for delivery. Also please leave the receivers telephone number as the courier will call if he can't find the correct property.

It is expected that you will have your parcel delivered to an address where someone is in. However, if you request a package is left without a signature it is at your own risk. If it is absolutely necessary to do so please leave clear but brief instructions where to leave the package e.g. "next door no.35". or "in front door porch".


Damaged or Incorrect Delivery: While we make every effort to ensure that your order

arrives without damage or deterioration, in the event the goods have been damaged, or our

not as ordered, please contact us by telephone within 24 hours of delivery.

In such circumstances, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace any
goods that are damaged or are defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by
you for the goods in question. The Company reserves the right to request the return of the
goods (complete with the original packaging) for inspection before issuing the Customer with
any credit or replacement. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights, or any rights
under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.


We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives without damage or deterioration. In the event the goods have been damaged, or are not what you ordered ( please remember it may have been necessary to substitute), please contact us by telephone within 24 hours of delivery and we will do everything we can to put things right.

We reserve the right to request the return of the goods- with the original packaging- for inspection before we can credit or replace.

This does not affect your statutory rights, or any rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
