Semi soft unpasteurised goats milk log made by Charley Westhead at Dorstone ,Herefordshire. the milk is from one local herd and made using traditional kid rennet. It is a matured cheese with a creamy white mould rind. Its texture tends to be quite dense and sometimes quite firm but softening with age while the flavours are savoury, lactic and lemony.(approx 200g)
